DTDC — Undelivered / door lock

Hi, this is Lakshmi Prasad from Bangalore and I received a call from one of the DTDC Courier Service guys on[protected] saying that I have an important courier and requested me to collect from their office as I was out of town. I accepted to collect and after coming back from my vacation .i.e on[protected], I went to the Dtdc office asking for my courier package, they came up telling me that the courier has been returned to the sender. They are asking for some docket number which I don't know. I'm wondering if the courier is of something important. I'm in a state, don?t know whom to concern/contact on this matter. Need help on this???
