The hug sheet lid is not working properly.
So resolve this issue urgently.

I have bought toilet and lid from m/s pritivi in vapi gujarat, around 8 months ago,
I have found the top lid is cracked.
This product is placed in washroom of my master bedroom, i am so surprised how it is failed in this much little time span.
I have sent complaint through this dealer but the rely from duravit executive is very ridiculous, it seems he does not train to provide good service to customers, this also show...

I purchased architect wc 3-4 years ago, it has got huge cracks and is broken on its own, i contacted the company, they are asking for invoice which i don’t have, they are now not ready to do anything, i didn’t expect a company such old will be having such cheap, disgusting product and after sales service. I want the company to correct it asap, the service agent said that it is very risky to use it, so i want the company to correct it...

One of the hinges of my toilet seat is not working because of that my wc is not in soft mode. I have tried to fix it but it remain unsolved i have spoken with the technician and he told me that there is issues with the hinges. Request the goodself to please arrange for the new hinges as the wc is in warranty mode. I have purchased the same one year before...

My id no - [protected] & registered mobile no ' [protected] throgh on line paid rs.360/ on 13.02.2019 but neither your company rechrged my tv nor refund said amount till today in other hand today on enqurey, you wrongly informed that my balace in said id is rs 11.00. When on 15.02.2019 throgh dealer i have recharged rs200.00 so please refund my amount of rs360.00 immidiatly and rectify the defect of balance of my tv... And to rquest you not...

Purchased durastyle basic rim plus seat an 69101000 from unispace hyd on 04/06/2018 and we have tried to install on 13/01/19 but seat cover bolts are missing in the box. We enquire at unispace but they are saying that they are not responsible for that because i purchased long back.
My question is that weather purchased long back or at present the item is missing in the box. So i request duravit kindly provide the seat cover bolts...

We had bought all toilet products from duravit for our new house thinking it would be of good quality as we have heard of its brand name. But we are really angry with the duravit products as all the products have either broken or rusted in spite of good maintenance. When we informed your people about the problem we are facing, they were so rude and said that the 5 years warranty is over, so nothing can be done. Even if they can’t do anything...

The western closet and wash basin is getting leakage fro the ceramic base, and the both are in warranty, so plersae send your techincain for checking the product and rectify it immediate and we are hospitality industry we need to give our service to the customer fast, so do not delay on the issues.

This is to bring into your notice that i am a resident of forum pravesh, belur howrah, block b, flat no - 302, and one of washbasin and commode has a glazing crack, so kindly arrange for the replacement. It's in warranty period now. Crack could be a life hazard so kindly do not delay in the process... Hope to receive an early action from your end.

I am sorry to inform you that in one of the washbasin there is glazing crack and this is very surprising. I have six bathrooms and all have been fitted with your products. This item was purchased about 4 to 5 years ago.
Request please depute chennai based your local representative to inspect.
Cracked basin are danger to owners.

I purchased duravit flash. But water is continusously over flowing, i had made complaint many times but still problem not resolved so i request you to look into it and solve the problem .my address is R50 Anna nagar chennai.please note i am not able to use it as water is continuousely flow i was told that it need to change some parts please send some one to rectify it....

2 toilets. Water not flushing in one press. Ball cock of one toilet has problem. Complaint 18303 was registered, plumber visited but he could not resolve as he is new to Duravit comp. Then I called Mr. Santosh at customer care no., He gave me another complaint #18319. Yesterday also I gave him reminder. Another 4 days gone but no progress. When will senior plumber visit, no idea. I m just losing time and peace of mind....

One of the hinges on the toilet seat in the Commode broke within two years of installation. To add to our vows, I am unable to find a replacement. This was builder provided. I had complained on 10.03.2016 about Duravit commode whose jet not working as it should. But till date, nobody has attended this compliant. I don't
know whether this platform at all is effective or not....
