I was cheated by a fraud online shop www.dealsmarket.in, I have ordered for a Redmi Note 4 (Black, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) by paying Rs. 12999.00 online and i did not get the product or able to contact them. Currently the website is not working and shows a wrong page saying that our cash will be refunded. the order was Order: SXGNXYKSV Placed on 06/19/2017 10:21:17 paid through
Payment: Paytm .

Please help me to refund my cash and to book them under police
