This complaint is regarding my air ticket refund (Booking ID - EMT EMT[protected] against the cancellation made on 31st July 2023.
I received an email from EaseMyTrip.com informing me that, upon cancellation, I will receive the refund via a PNR Credit Shell with a one-year validity. This was based on my refund request handled by customer care executives Harshit S. and Akash S.
However, now that I am trying to use the credit, they are coming up with reasons like I can only travel to the same location and it has to be in the name of the original traveler (we booked for a group & cancelled for one person) . This doesn't make sense because I booked it for a friend using my account and my money and why would I travel to the same international location again? This was not told to me during the earlier refund discussion.
Hence, the information that has been provided in the website is misleading if not erroneous.llation from EaseMyTrip has happened for the second time this year. Was this information helpful? |
