I am from Bengaluru and tried booking 3 multicity flight tickets via EaseMyTrip yesterday (15th April 2026, around 9pm). The amount worth INR 33, 723 got deducted via my PhonePe, but the UPI scanner page did not process for 10 minutes and then went back to payment screen again. Then I emailed the customer care submitting the PhonePe transaction receipt carrying the Transaction ID T2604152036048912303543 and the original payment screen. They acknowledged the issue as a technical fault from their end and vowed to initiate a refund email that will allow refund in 5-7 working days and then retry the payment post the email received. And as expected, nothing happened. Its been 16hours and no emails received.
I suspect something fishy here and then googled to figure out that there has been a pattern of cheating and fooling around with customers' money by EMT guys. I want a refund initiated ASAP. Please action this. Also do something about the EaseMyTrip company as they seem to get away with these kind of fraudulent activities all the time. Thank you. Was this information helpful? |
