Dear EaseMyTrip Support Team,
I am writing to express my serious disappointment regarding my hotel booking for Radisson Blu Kaushambi made on 25/04/2026 through your platform.
Despite the payment being successfully deducted, I was never provided with a confirmed booking. Because of this negligence, I had to face nearly 2 hours of inconvenience and humiliation at the hotel premises. This experience was extremely stressful and unacceptable.
Additionally, an amount of ₹6061 has been deducted from my side, and despite contacting your customer care around 8 times, no proper resolution or refund has been provided till now.
This is a clear case of deficiency in service and customer harassment. I request you to:
Process the full refund immediately.
Provide a written explanation regarding the failed booking.
Resolve this matter on priority within 48 hours.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through consumer grievance forums and other legal channels.
