EaseMyTrip.com — Easemytrip deducted money from my bank account but didnt issue my flight ticket

Hello

I booked a flight from Delhi to Bangalore for the 17th of September, 2024 at 19:10 (on the 8th of August, 2024 at 11:15 CET).

5840 INR got deducted from my Czechs Republic bank account and easemytrip page stuck with the processing icon, but after a long wait I haven’t received any confirmation.

I sent them an email but haven’t received any reply. Their whatsapp number is only a chatbot.
