This has been the worst air ticket booking experience I’ve ever had. The website displayed one fare, and after I completed my booking and my credit card was charged, an agent called to say the airfare had suddenly increased by 500 AED. When I pointed out that I booked based on the price shown on their website, I was told that if I wanted a refund, I would need to wait 2–3 days.
It has now been 4 days and my refund is still not credited. What’s more concerning is that the website is still showing the same original fare I booked, which makes the pricing process feel misleading. A similar situation happened to me last year, but I dismissed it as a one-time issue. Experiencing it again raises serious concerns about their practices.
I’ve repeatedly contacted customer service to follow up on my refund, but the support has been extremely disappointing. The representatives were unhelpful and unprofessional, and my concerns were not handled with the seriousness they deserve. Management should review their customer service quality and internal processes, as experiences like this can seriously damage customer trust.
