Hi, Today 06/29/2024 I booked the ticket from Mumbai to NYC for 4 traveler, my payment was deducted from Union Bank of India 255574/- i also received the SMS as well as Email from Bank about debit of the Amount from Bank Account same email of Debit from bank has been sent to [protected]@easemytrip.com, but I still did not receive my Ticket: Booking ID: EMT[protected] Travel Date 12 Jul 2024 Travel - Mumbai to JFK NYC Ref No :[protected]/S71560371 Was this information helpful? Jun 29, 2024 Updated by MayurN Please find details about error and deducted amount Verified Support Feb 05, 2025 EaseMyTrip.com Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that we did not receive the payment from your bank, which caused the booking to fail. Upon investigation, we found that the payment was not processed successfully by your bank, which prevented the booking confirmation. However, the payment gateway has confirmed that the amount has now been successfully reversed. You may check the refund status with your bank with the reference of the Bank ARN:YUBI[protected] number. You should expect to see the refund in your original payment method within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's processing times. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
