[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — Payment failed but deducted from bank account

I booked a flight on 3rd Sept from EaseMyTrip for the date 18th Oct which cost 7842/-. After I completed the payment process and paid from my UPI, the status showed that the payment is successful through my UPI. I also received debit message from the bank. But later EaseMyTrip said that the booking could not be confirmed due to payment failure as we couldn't obtain a successful payment response from your bank/wallet. I emailed the EaseMyTrip team as well but received no response. Called the customer care several times but no one picked up. I am now feeling like I have got scammed. I mean, the payment has been made through the bank, but EaseMytrip did not receive it. They have not even sent any message back to me that my money will be redirected to my bank account.

Please help me here because I want my money back.
