(1) My ticket was cancelled by Indigo on 26 May 2024 due to cancellation of flight. I was informed that the refund would be received through the travel agent EaseMyTrip. Its over a month and there is no refund as yet.
Ticket booked on 6 May 2024 for Moses Saju Kuriyan, PNR J6B3FR, flight Guwahati to Aizawl
(2) I had to book yet another ticket by Indigo (PNR DSVZUC) as they did not reschedule my ticket. The booking was done through EaseMyTrip. Now Indigo has agreed to refund me the difference of amount for the ticket; again to be claimed through the travel agent
(3) The letter from indigo:
Dear Mr Kuriyan,
Thank you for writing to us.
We regret the inconvenience caused.
With reference to your mail, we would like to inform that we have provided a full refund under PNR-J6B3FR to your travel agency.
Also, we have processed a refund of INR 5, 600/- (fare difference of your cancelled and used reservation) under PNR-DSVZUC to your travel agency.
The amount will be reflected in the agency's account within 2 working days, please claim your refund from your travel agency post 2 working days.
Once again thank you for your mail.
