This is to intimate you that on Dtd. 17th Sept'24, I had booked the flight ticket from MUM - BBI, journey date 20/09/2024 in Vistara UK-545 at 17.55pm. I have made this transaction in my credit card that amount has been deducted Rs. 3636/- at 10.59pm on Dtd. 16/09/2024. But very unfortunate that ticket has not been confirmed. I haven’t received any email or any messages on ticket confirmation.
Note: PFA herewith the screenshot of the payment of Rs. 3636/- deducted from my credit card for your ready references. Also i am sharing the screenshot of the payment received email Dtd. 21st Sept'24 from EasemyTrip care email id & refund of the full amount confirmation. But nothing has been resolved yet in spite of following up with the care team everyday over call & email etc. Your care team are only harassing customers, that's it.
Therefore, requesting you to kindly resolve the issues at the earliest. Looking forward to receive the prompt positive response from your end.
