[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — booking status is pending

I am Arnab Bhaumik. I just booked 1 ticket to AMD from CCU today(27.06.2019). A total amount of INR 3839 got deducted. But I cannot find ticket in my bookings dashboard and also there is no email sent to me that contains ticket.

even though the money (6916) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my tickets.

I have booked the flight for 4th April through easemytrip for spicejet airlines and due to covid 19 pandemic flight got cancelled and I have not yet received my refund .

I called support no thrice but they kept saying same thing, give us a call half hour later. All I want is the confirmation of my ticket or if it can be cancelled as then at least I can book from other site before it become RAC .

Hey, I'm unable to cancel the ticket as it is not yet booked. I'm unsure about the status, but it shows pending on the page where I booked my ticket and while check the status of the booking it is showcasing rejected. However, my money has already been deducted from my account. I would request you to please help me find my status or refund me the amount. I have tried contacting the given number[protected] but there is no response.

Please find attached screenshot for your reference. Awaiting for a quick response from your end.

I booked 2 Round trip tickets from New Delhi to Male with booking ID EMT95628276.
The amount has been deducted from my card but the status is still showing pending.
Customer service executives are just telling me to wait for half an hour and then another 15 minutes what exactly is happening?
If you can't confirm the tickets please initiate a refund and give me a definitive answer.
