Yesterday 26 march 2014, I booked a easycap through mobile at 9 p.m and booking ID is A[protected], executive said that will get the confirmation within 40 mins after your booking, but till 10.30 pm no one called or not got a message on my and at 10.35 p.m executive call me and cab is on the way snd will reach at my place i.e., Ambernath 15 mins late and later at 10.50 p.m executive called me and said there is no cap near to my destination
and sorry but will cancelled my booking, such a irresponsible behaviour and that to at night time, i have to with my family to kharghar and at last moment they said booking cancelled.
