Self would like to bring to your notice that it was very unprofessional n pathetic service by easycab, rather I would say there wasnt any service provided .I booked a cab almost 24 hrs prior on 24th sep for 25th sep 1 pm aftnun from mahipalpur to gurgaon-dlf phase-1.As per the executive my booking was confirmed which Icrossed check many times.I would like to tell you that I had my interview scheduled for which the cab was booked.To my surprise on 25th sep at 12.24 pm the chauffeur calls me and said that there is some traffic at mahipalpur and because of which he wont come.A very rude way of answer what a driver can give.I immediately informed easycab and spoke to executive(sakchi) and she assured me that another driver is coming for my pcik up soon.It was such a risk at that point of time and I was struggling to speak to easy cab executive executives and even the second driver could not reach by 1.30.What a mess happened with me u cant even imagine and it was for inerview if you can understand the importance of it.Soemhow I managed to reach my venue by my own.I kept on calling easy cab then Mr.Gaurav told me that the cab would be there at my place within 5 mins but nothing happened..
This is the level of customer service provided by easycab? If you cant assure what you can deliver then how can you promose a customer?Moreover your both the executives were very rude and unprofessional intheir response as if they were completely illitrate.I can understand the level of drivers but they were no less.This was something very serious which happened to me from your organisationwhich cant be accpeted at any cost.I assure that after this I would trake this issue head so that it cant be repeated to anyone else in future.
Hope some corrective actions would be taken by your management and the services and assurance you provide to customer remains authentic.
