After giving cab booking number, the cab never turned up. The customer care after repeated calling told me that the cab is not available, after the booking time was over.
Preeti and reeta are the two executives who spoke to me. They never transferred the call to the complaint cell.
The only reason they gave me was supervisor will call after 15 mts.
