[Resolved]  Easy Cabs — Cab late by 30 Minutes and bill not provided to me.

My self Yogesh Khandelwal, I travelled through easy cab on dated 16/11/2014 from saket, delhi to udyog vihar phase 1, gurgaon. I booked cab for 8 AM in the morning. But cab reached at 8.30 AM. Cab was late by 30 Minutes. Due to this i reached office late by 1.30 Hours otherwise i will reach office by 8.35 AM. Also When i asked the Bill he told that the meter is not working properly. and gave me the bill of Rs. 1200/- for 21.50 KMs. and asked to pay the 600 rupees for 21.50 KM. Taxi No. DL1RX-7255. I paid the amount. and regularly follow up for the bill and compensation for the half day, but all is vain. 1. Taxi is late by 30 Minute 2. I reached office by 1.30 Hours late 3. I have to marked half day leave for that 4. Bill not provided to me. Please sir, do something. With Regards., Yogesh Khandelwal [protected]
