i had booked easy cab for 21.01.2014 at 5:10 am. i had a flight to take, but the cab did not arrive. when i called the easy cab help line no# they informed that the booking was cancelled. i was left baffled as i had my flight at 6:45 am. and regardless to say that i missed my flight. instead of giving me a replacement, they argued that it was my fault, and i had cancelled the cab. i missed my flight, money got wasted for hotel booking for the day. and adding harassment also.
