Easy Cabs — Confirmed booking cancelled without informing the customer!!

hi Team, I had booked an easy cab: on : Jan 20, 2014 for : Jan 21, 2014 at 11 30 am booking ID : A[protected] state: New Delhi travel details : mehrauli - airport Easy cabs had cancelled my booking without informing me on account of cab not being available in my area. there is not use confirming the booking if they cannot provide cab service or atleast inform me an hour ago if the booking is cancelled so I can make my own arrangements.
