Easy Cabs — Discrepancy in Rental

I have booked a cab today in Delhi from Karol Bagh Area to terminal 3. The Booking ID : A[protected]. The invoice which I have received, in that the KMs travelled were 13 and charges were 361 (including conveyance charges) BUT your driver whose cab number is 7301 and contact number is [protected] charged Rs 474 excluding Rs 50 conveyance charges. And the total KMs mentioned in your receipt was 20.3 KMs. Moreover, your driver harased my father (who was the traveler). And they took a simple route which is 'ridge road'. I don't understand why there is discrepancy in your whole system and the meters present in the car. Its something which I can take it forward to the consumer court as I have both the receipts. Such unprofessionalism and careless attitude is strictly not permitted. Reply ASAP I am attaching the receipt which your driver gave me for your perusal and invoice you can very well look into by yourself.
