I called to 43 43 43 43 at 4:55 PM, and call center give the
Confirmed booking on A[protected] for 7:30 PM, and ensure you will get the
driver and cab details by 7:00 PM,
but when I did not got the details by 7:10 PM I call back and your costumer care told I will get the cab details in few mins, I
got a surprise SMS at 7:22 PM stating that "Dear Costumer, due to
non-availability of the cabs in your area we cannot process your
booking." With apologize.
I am going to miss my Train for this reason.
