This is to inform you about the horrible experience I have come through with Easy Cab on 29th May. It was my 4th booking since 28th May and all bookings done online. The latest booking ID being "A[protected]". The booking was for 6:30 pm pick up but the driver Chauffeur no: [protected] called me and informed that due to car breakdown he is unable to come and I have to contact the call center for resolution. That is the start of all nonsense. Anyhow I called and inform call center about my existing booking and it was rescheduled to 6:45 pm. After reaching destination I was shocked to see the bill with convenience fee of Rs.50. How stupid is this that you are charging for online booking for very first time. This is not about the sum but the services and T&C. The second chauffeur #[protected] advised to call the customer care for this as he was unable to assist me. Above all customer service executives disconnected calls when I asked to transfer the call to manager.
