Easy Cabs — last minute cancellation of cab service

We were a group of three girls who had gone out in Bangalore. As we were going to be late that night we had booked a cab from Easy Cabs in the morning. We were told that the cab details would be texted to us half an hour before. The cab had been booked for 23.30hrs and at 23.12hrs we get a text saying that no cabs are available. We had to hunt for an auto around 23.30hrs, in order to prevent which we had pre-booked a cab. We are never going to use this cab service again and will never recommend it to others. Booking id: A[protected]. And also the website doesn't allow me to record a feedback by claiming that my booking id is incorrect.
