I had booked a cab for 17th June on 16th June. The booking no A[protected]. I didn't receive the sms 30 mins before pick hence called on 17th June at 8am. They informed that they arranging the cab hence will send details however pick up now would be at 8.40am instead of original pick up time of 8.30am. At 8.25am I receive an sms stating my booking is cancelled due non availability of cabs. When I called customer car they informed they don't have cabs as on strike. Spoke to Jyoti the supervisor who just kept stating i cant do anything its not in my control. This is really frustrating and bluffing customers like us who book cabs and depend to reach a particular location on time. They need to be fined for such behaviour or seize their license for non performance. Was this information helpful? |
