This is very Terrible Experience in Bangalore with The Easy Cab Today's Morning when i had to go to my Office for an Important Meeting at 9:15 am,
I called Easy Cab Customer care and Representative (Puneet ) at 00:11 am today and opted for the cab and it also been confirmed through the Message for the Confirmation,
Booking Detail - A[protected], 04 July -8:15 am
i also received message for the Cab Detail - KA-02, AC-9711
Once i have not received any call by cab driver, started following from 8:00am, i followed at least 10 times between 8am to 9 am, but no proper response has been given by Customer care or Cab Driver -whose contact no was not existant no,
Finally i missed out my Meeting because of non availability of the Cab,
I would draw the attention to The Easy Cab Management, how and who is going to compensate for this, Most Surprising when i called i Evening for the complain then Representative -Santosh (Bangalore ) told me that today you have travelled at 8:15, meaning fake feedback has been made,
I want someone to contact me and also i am planning to file serious complain regarding the same,
