Easy Cabs — Not getting JP Miles for the bookings

Hi, It has been more than 2 months, I am writing continuously to [protected]@easycabs.com since January 2015 but there is no resolution on my query till date. Kindly help in crediting the JP Miles for the bookings, I made with easycab in the month of Dec 2014, Jan 2015 & Feb 2015 and now March 2015 as well.
