I booked a cab for 30 June @ 5:00 AM and was told as usual that the Chauffeur details will be sent half an hour prior to the pick up time. But till 4:45 AM I did not receive any message and on calling easy cab people again on[protected] received the details and called up the chauffeur and he said that he is said that he is not coming for the pick up and ask us to do what ever we want to do. Then we again called up the easy cab people and after that the cab arrived @ 5:15 AM. I the next booking, ID A[protected], on 9 July 2014, the AC was not working and even the cab was giving missing in between. And on being told to the chauffeur, he ignored and started laughing. And in the reservation done for today for 6:00 AM. No chauffeur details received till 5:50. On being called we received the Chauffeur details @ 5:54 AM. When we called the driver he said he will reach us at 6:20 AM while I had to board the train @ 7:00 AM and I need to cancel that booking. For the 3 consecutive bookings I, ve been facing the problem. Being such a famous service provider it was not expected. These kind of issues can create a major problem for anyone. You are requested to take an immediate action.
