Easy Cabs — Pick up failed | |||
I have booked for cab services from Easy Cabs on 6th April'15 to drop us on 7th early morning 4:15 AM at Airport. I was informed that I would be receiving an SMS for the Cab details 30mins before the schedule time. But never received an SMS till 4 AM. When called the customer service, they informed that I will be getting a call from the driver in 5mins, surprised to receive a SMS stating that there are no cab services at that time. When called the customer service again and threating them that wiill file a consumer case, they provided a cab at 4.45 AM which as already late by 30mins and the driver dropped us at 5:20AM which crossed the boarding time and had to miss the filght. Worst customer services and cab services. Will never opt for this company cab services and will make sure that my friends and family dont opt for this cab and will hi-light them on social services as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
