Saurabh Kumar a customer service representative at easy cab tells me that my booking has been cancelled just 9 mins before im expecting my cab because of a system issue and that i have to re-book it. i then get an sms which states that the booking has been cancelled based on my request when i did NO such thing. i was refused a supervisor stating that they are busy on other calls, despite waiting on hold for approx 13 to 15 mins i did not get an escalation.
i was refused the email address to the grievance cell stating that its an internal email and that he was forwarding the complaint on my behalf
i was also refused a call reference number stating that they have no such thing
the representative also refused to give me his emp id.
to put this in a nut shell. i am very disappointed, frustrated and angry at the type of service and response that i have received.
i had booked the cab for a 8.30 am on 3rd sep 2014 to take my mom to the hospital for a scheduled endoscopy. i wasted 20 mins trying to get the cab issue sorted out but in vain
i wish for an out of court settlement for mental agony, and false broadcast of booking cancellation and unfullfilment of customer/provider contract.
i do not wish to take the legal route however will do so if the issue is not addressed in 24-48 hours. Was this information helpful? |
