Easy Cabs — Taxi driver called 25 minutes past pick up time and was arrogant

I booked a taxi for my spouse on 27th June for 10:30pm pickup from my home to RGIA airport. We waited for the driver to show up till 10:45pm and then drove ourselves to the airport. Driver called at 10:53pm. We told him we have already left and he said "then why did you call me ?" We have booked easy cabs several times in the past, but this was the first time that we got such an unprofessional service. If there is shortage of available taxis then please let the customer know in advance. Also please teach your drivers some manners. They really don't know how to talk to customers.
