Dear team, I have made a transaction on 25/09/2018 at 13:05:08 and paid inr 502 with easy mobile recharge. The about was debited from bank account but the transaction was not successful. We have not received refund till now. I am not sure what sort of process it put it for tracking. But highly disappointing that the amount is not yet refunded.
