[Resolved]  EasyMobileRecharge.com — Payment deducted but recharge not done

On 22/3/2017 i made a recharge of rs. 500, payment deducted of rs 502 (500 + 2 rs. Internet charges) from my bank account but recharge not done. On 23/3/17 i made similar recharge and similar incidence happened, rs.502 deducted but recharge not done. After having long conversation on e-mail with easy mobile recharge representative no solution came out neither my amount refunded. Total 1004 rs. Deducted from my account which i want refund.

Complaint which I posted for recharge not done and payment deducted of mobile no.[protected], was of my friend mobile no. and the amount deducted from my bank account as I was trying to recharge his mobile no. So for any clarification or problem resolving easy mobile recharge team should ask to me only.
