          Dear Sir,
          I have submitted my bill dated 22/10/2018 trs id [protected].Re.1957 through eassy passa account no.[protected].company promise to pay bouns amount 10 percent but we can't receive the BONUS.many times call to help line but no response receive.it shows your poor response on complaints and leads to fake promise which is not good for company reputation.

            I want to inform you that Telenor easypaisa is cheating peoples to earn money.

            I m using easypaisa app and requested for ATM card on 13th june, 2018. But still i could not receive my ATM card and for that purpose I have to call at their help line[protected] many times and this call is charged every time Rs. 3.50/-

            Sir, they are cheating me again and again just to earn money.

            Please look into this matter

              deduction of balance from my account without intimation is performed by telenor

              With poor management by telenor and deduction of amount from account with out intimation is a illegal i can take a action to your department with pta if easy paisa department will not reverse my deduction or satisfy me.
              I have made so many time cotects on 3737 but not satisfied me and gave wrong arguments your payments will be revers soon.
              The deduction was made 26feb and i was unaware about this i came to knew when i deposit...

              I use easypaisa mobile app and create master card.. I receive two times refund by master card but 3rd time can't receive.. I complain to my company who send me refund. They send me some arn codes to show bank officer.. Then i call 3737 they send me to telenor franchise.. Franchise retailer send me to tameer bank.. Tameer bank manager says we can't help... Sir please tell me where i go... I want to get my account mini statement
