i used the eazypay portal to pay my college fees.
the money was debited from my account but the transaction failed.
i have emailed the contact us email provided of [protected]@icicibank.com

but have not recieved any info regarding the refund or no mail from the customer care.

I’ve made the payment under EAZYPAY ICICI gateway but the transaction failed however the amount has not been refunded to my bank account.
