Eazypay — Transaction failed but money deducted

Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. This sunday (Date - 28 june, 2020 ; time - 10:06 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for triumphant institute of management education pvt. Ltd. Of rs 8700 through eazypay - icici gateway.

In brief :-

Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of my upi mode then the payment was transacted from google pay. After a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that" we regret the inconvenience, payment declined and it may be taking longer time to respond. And i checked eazypay website by filling in my mobile number, earlier it was displaying transaction initiated and now it is showing failed.
I contacted the biller i. E. T. I. M. E. But they don't have much information regarding this. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I am posting few snapshots of this incident that may be helpful to you in sorting out this problem.

They are fraud. They have deducted 8900 from my account. I will file complaint against them to put these fraudsters behind the bars.
I had paid college fee {Footwear Design and Development Institute Noida} from my Indusind bank credit card on 4th August 2020 @ 4.30pm. Amount is been deducted from my card but no confirmation came to me of receiving the amount from eazypay

Confirm receiving of amount and send me challan to be deposited in college asap

Have you received the refund? Actually I am also facing the same issue.
I had paid college fee from my Paytm payment bank on 7 th December 2020 . Amount is been deducted from my account but still pending in my college account

I also faced same issue can anyone give the solution for this kind of transection.

I contacted Gpay numerous times but they said since the payment was successful thr fault was from your end . I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I am posting few snapshots of this incident that may be helpful to you in sorting out this problem.

They will solve it problem . You got ur refund or not Nd in how many days you had ur money
Yesterday, I have added fund of Rs.20, 000 to ICICI(eazypay) from SBI Bank account through Phone Pay for opening a saving account via digital mode. My money get deducted but I haven't received any message or mail..neither E-KYC.
I just want to get my money back.
