I AM NOT ONLY GOING TO REPORT IT SI " HANDICAPPED HEALTHY SOCIETY IN INDIA" BUT ALSO RAISE A CONSUMER COURT CLAIM WITH REGISTERED OFFICES OF GOVT OF INDIA.. FOR A PETTY AMOUNT OF 3500 (EQ TO APPROX 19 usd $), THIS WILL BRING A LOT FO CONDEMNATION AND SHAME TO EBAY.. PREVIOUS EMAIL WRITTEN TO EBAY INDIA: I have been shopping with eBay since i was in usa in 2008, and continued my shopping even after coming back to India. There are 2 reasons i do not accept you resolution. 1. this is not a refurbished but a brand new product which i got from eBay, and i do not expect a problem in a brand new piece from eBay. This is not the reason to shop with eBay. That i have to roam around the service center tp get this product. If eBay brand new products has problem like this, then i should publish this article on internet blogs that NO ONE Should SHOP FROM EBAY. 2, Reason no 2, is that primary reason for shopping from online sites is that i am paralyzed and bed ridden and i am not easy with doing shopping from malls and shops going there physically.
