Ebay.in — Delay in return of Inflatable Sofa refund of money

I have ordered for Intex Inflatable sofa from Ebay on12/08/2015 paisa pay Id no:[protected] that is delivered on16/08/2015 but I did not liked the product then I raised my refund on the same day E bay Guarantee Number:1170244, today is 19/08/2015 till now i did not get single update about by Refund status and single call from Ebay where as other populer online sites Amazon.in, Snapdeal.com will return the product with single click and there service is so fast that they pick up the product immediately and refund the amount within a one or two days, I expect more efficient and sincere service and quick service from Ebay.I expect Ebay authorities will intervene and send there delivery staff to proceed there Inflatable Sofa and refund my Money immediately, so that I can go for another product because I have function at home on 28 th of this month.Regards.from.G.Vijay kumar.Sr.Officer.Agrasen Bank.Phone:[protected]/[protected].

Updated by vijay66 with the reference to my complaint against have updated by complaint on 20/08/2015 with photo proofs on 20/082015 how Ebay cheating customers showing some product and delivering other products today I have received fake call from ebay a person telling that EBAYis refunding by money asked me about my credit card details I immediately asked him the details and warned him that I will approach Police and get him arrested his phone number is [protected] at 17.15 pm I also bring to your notice that last sunday also I have received one Fake call pretending to be Ebay employee asked me about the credit card details I have complained to Ebay but nis o action is taken no action is taken I doubt Ebay is encouraging thi to s type of froud persons.I request Honourable authorities of Consumer court to take strict action againist Ebay so that Middle class people like us should suffer because of Ebay.Regards.G.Vijay kumar.Sr.Officer.Agrasen Bank.phone:[protected]/[protected]

Updated by vijay66 with the reference to my previous complaints against EBay, sir EBay simply passing the time of the customers and I also got my money blocked and also I"m unable to use the product because the there no clarity about the product and also there no proper demo usage of the sofa, there are taking consumer court like a petty court does not even respond to the complaint.I request Honourable court Authorities to take strong action against EBay so that I should get my refund back and also it should be lesson to EBay not to take Middle class people for granted.Regards.G.Vijay Kumar.Sr.Officer.Agrasen Bank.Phone:[protected]/[protected].

Reference to my previous complaints EBay sent a mail that they have tried to contact me on 25/08/2015 and also rejecting my claim, they did not called me at all on that day I have missed calls alert on that day I'm at my office My phone was switched on for the whole day, they simply closing the claim with out even listening to the consumers queries and also not giving any proper demo about the product and request consumer court authorities to take strict action against EBay so that common people like us should not loose their hard earned and help out to get my money refund.Regards.G.Vijay Kumar.Sr officer.phone:[protected]/[protected].
