Im a seller on ebay.In from past 2 years
But since last year mid 2015 im noticing drastic quality and sales drop on ebay.In

As a seller im getting very few orders... And same products sold very well on snapdeal, flipkart and amazon

This clearly shows that ebay looses their trust from buyers...

On 9th may, 2016 i got an email from ebay stating my remittance was put on hold due to reason: others

Than i contacted seller c. Care than i came to know that your account is on 30days review so thats why your remittance is on hold

Now even after 9th june, 2016 they are still holding my hard earn money i. E 4lacks, guys im sure now that they are scamming sellers now, its a very good way to enjoy interest free amount becasue since 9th may, 2016 they didnt even sent an official email which clear my confusion why this review is happened? Who gave them right to hold 4lacks without giving any reason on email/call. Since 9th may, 2016 im continuously calling ebay seller care each time new c. C. E give different reason for holding my money, and when they cant they simply disconnect the call. So all you new sellers stay away from ebay they are almost out from e-commerce business, their c. Care is pathetic, team o[censored]nprofessionals that dont know how to behave, and they talk rude and disconnect the calls / chat. Very very very pathetic site
Indian government should shut down their business without wasting any further time. I can prove how big scammers they are, and im sure there are thousands - lacks of other sellers who are suffering like me. Because if they are right than why they are not responding to my mails, call back requests?

I as a old seller on ebay.In wants to warns other existing sellers or those who are planning to start selling with them to stop selling on ebay asap. Because 4lacks is not a small amount i can give multiple reason why ebay is dead and why they are scamming to their sellers.

1. These people are not bank. So they cant hold my money for this long period without giving me interest and proper reason. Under e-commerce business they found best way to do business on interest free payment by holding sellers remittance, on the other side they took 2-3weeks to credit the remittance, and on buyer part they took 3+ weeks to resolve the claim (If any raised by buyer) means not only sellers - ebay scamming their buyers also... And thats why buyers already looses trust on ebay and now its sellers turn to quit ebay for selling.

2. Their c. Care is useless, first it took lot of time to get connected. Than once you get connected c. C. E is dumb and they too dont have much rights. They cant assist you regarding claims, wont give you claim adjuster name or contact, they have different departments: paisapay team, trust n safety team, selling team, powership team all are useless because they keep you diverting on other department. Seriously ebay is epic age website in front of amazon, flipkat

3. Ebay took 14days after delivery confirmed by buyer to credit your remittance. Almost after a month you will get payment of the product sold by you on ebay. Again its a trick to enjoy money without interest on the name of buyer protection/fraud protection... Soon the new term is coming in market "ebay protection" protection from ebay frauds

4. Their claim adjusters are nothing but noobs, without confirming from seller they close claims in buyers favor and not only this seller protection is just a name/option at ebay.In but it never works

5. These days ebay.In is getting very less traffic. It clearly states that crores on buyers n sellers moved to other portals/websites without writing much about ebay reality like me

O now my request to consumer complaints team to resolve this issue asap and keep this post on top so that other sellers save themselves to get scammed
