Claim id: 1756852 Paisapay id: [protected] Item number:[protected] I have ordered for samsung bhs3000 stereo bluetooth headset, while receiving it on 1st march 2016, found outside ebay cover closed condition, while the inside box was in open condition, and the bluetooth unit and headset was missing, only charger available 2nd march 2016 i have raised a complain to refund my money Various times called ebay, seller and even explained to the courier partner The ebay care executives given lot of time to wait, almost 1month over, never called back me even after saying will call at high priority, clearly cheated me and my money, heard many cheating issues in other sites, first time ever i was cheated and got the worst response from customer care executives, sent all the proof images to Ebay, Seller and Blue dart courier executives Initial 15 to 20 days waited then 72 hours 72 hours 24 hours 1 hour higher offical 24 to 48 hour These are time given by ebay Still never responded to my query, other than giving additional 72 hours that's d only response from ebay, You may cheat the customers but the name and fame of ebay only will spoil if cheated the customers, after this issue i bought 2 mobiles for my friends referred to flipkart, if it continues none of them will respect ebay, Was this information helpful? | |||||

But how will u take to resolve it sir/mam, everytime when I ask this they are giving 72 hours time but never calling me back, instead saying my number not reachable, but whenever I have requested for call back, that time exactly they reaching, Pls kindly, solve, I have lost my money in this purchase
