I have purchased and apple iphone 5s through e-bay.in on 10th novemver 2015 till date the item has not been delivered, called blue dart courier end number of times but they only telling me we are unable to trace the shipment, we will contact you no need to call again and again, contacted the seller he is also least bothered, contacted ebay they are only telling same we will contact you, on 23 november 2015 i have raised a claim no response no call from any one, paid rs. 25769/- for the item in advance whats the security item name: apple iphone- 5s paisa pay id: [protected] i am worried, what is the safety of online purchase, if theer is no one to assure and assist you! No response ! Ni call from eBay neither the shipment is traceable i want my refund immediately
No response received till date no call from ebay also
No solution till date only eBay passing time every time they call me and say we are working on your claim..i dont understant its almsot 2 months of my purchase every alternate day i have to chase eBay every time a new customer support person and every time i have to explain the matter from starting and in the end he has only one reply the claim settler will call you in 24 to 48 hours.. is this redicolous to buy online they harass in such a way to refund money i dont have any other work every alternate day i have to chat with eBay and they are not refunding my money my courier is manfeisted clearly can be seen in their site too.. very bad experience with this purchase
