[Resolved] Ebay.in — Received Defected Product against PaisaPay ID [protected] | |||
I have ordered HM DM-1 Tds meter from eBay.in through PaisaPay ID [protected] for Rs.1298/ dated 26/01/2017 Seller mount-pure and Received it on 02/02/2017 and opened claim ID 2668403 on 03/03/2017 because product received is defected, not working and seems to be used product and seller doesn't provide tax paid Invoice, I approach for Refund and want to Return product but eBay rejected my claim and remarks contact manufacturer for warranty, eBay is doing fraud with customers and supporting there sellers who are doing fraud and cheating customers, eBay seller mount-pure doesn't provide any invoice so whom should I contact. Really disappointed, I want refund and want to return, why should I suffer unnecessarily, I think it's my fault I have trusted eBay.in, fraud website, ever expected this thing from such a reputed website. Customer satisfaction is nothing for them, every website like Amazon, flipkart, myntra has return policy if you don't like the product but mine product which I received is defected and eBay reject it. It really a shame on there services, please refund my money, it's my hard earned.
