Dear Sir, Claim ID: 644129 Paisa Pay ID:[protected] I have purchased a DATAWIND UBSLATE 3G7 Tablet on dated 27th August, 2014 from ebay.in & paid through HDFC Credit card for Rs. 4674.15/-. I have purchased the above said product within 30 days 100% satisfaction or Easy Refund basis. After using 5 days, tablet got hanged & not restarted . battery back up of this tablet was very very poor & display quality is not also good. I want to return this tablet to the eBay & I want refund of my money back. for this i have contacted to ebay customer care center & got eBay Gurantee Claim ID: 644129 they assure us that your refund is on process & it will take 2 days time. After 2 days i have got one massage that your claim id for refund is rejected without proper reason. Hence you are requested to take appropriate action in this regard. I want to return the product & Money Back. Dear Suresh, Thank you for sharing your concern. We regret to know that the product you've purchased has stopped working.
We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*.
But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are
excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorised service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service centre and get the issue resolved.
However, if the item that you received was dead on arrival or fake you
may provide a DOA / Declaration letter from the authorized service
centre to [protected]@ebay.com within 48 hrs stating the same. If you fail to provide the requested document within the stipulated time we would have to go ahead and close this case from our end.
