The company sent me faulty product (Order id: oid237059-solar power bank (20000 mah) for which i raised a ticket with them for refund or replacement of faulty product. They closed the ticket (No. 154992 - https://ebsupport.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/154992) after making me wait for almost 2 months now without refunding or replacing. They had picked up the faulty product in november 2016 (Attaching the pickup confirmation) but they kept telling me that they have not received the product back every time i followed it up since last 2 months and that they are evaluating. This company is fraud and should be penalized. Their ceo ankit jain should be arrested and put in jail. I see they have been duping a lot of other gullible consumers.
