[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Regarding selling of duplicate product

I have received a mi 20000 portable powerbank. Delivered by ecom. Order id oid86816. I found out the product was not original was packed in a cheap polythene cover. After making repeated attempts i managed to talk to the customer service and they have not still initiated a return request. They told that refund is not possible for which i obliged and there was no communication from the team. I am so disappointed with the service. I have recorded all the calls i have made to them. I request them to have the product returned or else i will have to take a legal action.
