Ecart Shopping — Not given the real product | |||||
I have faced the same fraud. I ordered ordered lakme product worth 1200/- The product which got delivered to us was of aroma with no manufacturing n expiry date. I have called ecart and raised complaint against this on which lady by name anushka have assured it is a packing mistake and they will refund my amount. She also told me to mail my bank details on [protected]@gmail.com. I have not received any reply on that mail. Post when i called again a guy named sanjay srivastav have addressed my query and assured to refund amount. It's being a month and i am still struggling to get my money back. I am trying to call on the number [protected] and its switched off now Was this information helpful? | |||||
