I got this offer in Instagram that kitchen set r available in cheap rate n many more products I ordered 2 things nonstick set n bath set of rs 735 after 2 to 3 days I thought to check weather products r dispatched r not but but the website is showing this page is not available such a fake....

I have ordered "naughty ninos" frock for my niece birthday gift on 16 july 2016. And expected delivery date was 31st july 2020 at the time of orderig. Also the item has received at ekart ThalasseryHub_THL on 29 th july 2020 at 7:13 AM. The ekart Hub is situated 20km away from my delivery location and it is the very last ekart hub for my item's transit (Next step is out for delivery). But they are not puting it out for delivery....

I have faced the same fraud. I ordered ordered lakme product worth 1200/-
The product which got delivered to us was of aroma with no manufacturing n expiry date. I have called ecart and raised complaint against this on which lady by name anushka have assured it is a packing mistake and they will refund my amount. She also told me to mail my bank details on [protected]@gmail.com.
I have not received any reply on that mail....

I m priyanka, I got a call from this no [protected] on 19dec2016 from ecart shopping offering me for cosmetics. some bold lady priya talked to me and offer lakmecombo offer of rs3000 for just Rs1200 . I ordered the cosmetics for rs 1200 but they cheated me n send me fake product of aroma biotech facial kit on 22 dec2016& when I call them they told me you will get your Lakme products in coming three days n when again I call them she...

Comapny named Ecart shopping (souds like ekart, thats what i thought) called 15 days back..promising lakme products 16 items just inr 1500. They sent cheap aroma biotech product. These are frauds and please donot get stuck into such fraud calls. I hope consumer forum can help me get hold of them when i file a case against them. I have the invoice number. They refused to send any mail aur any other documented means that could show what order...
