[Resolved] Ecart Shopping — Fraud company. Faked the product. Promising lakme products they delivered cheap products now wouldnt answer the call | |||||
Comapny named Ecart shopping (souds like ekart, thats what i thought) called 15 days back..promising lakme products 16 items just inr 1500. They sent cheap aroma biotech product. These are frauds and please donot get stuck into such fraud calls. I hope consumer forum can help me get hold of them when i file a case against them. I have the invoice number. They refused to send any mail aur any other documented means that could show what order was exactly placed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Apr 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Ecart ceo called up n refunded the money. Although it took 4 months for them to correct themselves. But i m happy they finally did | |||||

Happened same with me. Sent many complains but no action. Consumer court please take some action guys. These ECART shopping ppl are thieves.

Same thing happened with me recently now that these fraud people are not picking up call. Consumer complaint court should strictly take action against theses fraudsters . These ecart shopping are thieves.

Hi abhilasha yesterday I got a call from ecart CEO asking for my account no and IFSC code, did u also got the call from e cart CEO asking for the same to refund your money? Is it really safe
