Ecart Shopping — Refund request is not processed | |||||
I have faced the same fraud. My mother has ordered lakme product worth 1500 and we have ordered pack of two worth rs3000. The product which got delivered to us was of aroma with no manufacturing n expiry date. I have called ecart and raised complaint against this on which lady by name priya srivastav have assured it is a packing mistake and they will refund my amount. She also told me to mail my bank details on [protected]@gmail.com. I have not received any reply on that mail. Post when i called again a guy named sanjay srivastav have addressed my query and assured to refund amount. It's being a month and i am still struggling to get my money back. I am trying to call on the number [protected] and its switched off now Was this information helpful? | |||||
