I am absolutely unhappy with the service of Ecom Express. I was expecting a parcel yesterday as per the AWB tracking status. AWB # [protected]. Yesterday the parcel was out for delivery around 7am. I received a call in the morning and your delivery agent said it will be delivered on 26th May 2021. But around 12:28pm noon I see the status of my AWB that “Shipment Undelivered- Attempted for delivery but customer not available “ which is absolutely a FALSE Information.
I raised a query on your website in this regard yesterday and they assured me the delivery will happen today. Today 27th May 2021, the parcel was out for delivery by 06:58am and I received the call around 13:27pm from your delivery agent. When I picked the call, he has not responded and just disconnected the call and mentioned the status as location unaccessible due to COVID and the updated time was 13.29pm.
If Ecom Express can’t deliver the material at my place today, how your delivery agent confirmed me yesterday that it would be delivered. Both yesterday and today the parcel was not delivered and the status/reason updated for non delivery of item is absolutely fake and false information. I feel your delivery agents at Vandalur location works on their convenience with least botheration on customer satisfaction.
I need my parcel to be delivered tomorrow on first priority. I had already sent the screenshot of false status updated for my AWB by your delivery agent to your customer care email ID.
If the parcel doesn’t get delivered tomorrow 28th May 2021, the same will be escalated to higher level for their intervention and resolution.
I request for necessary action to be taken on the agent who had updated false status for the past two days on my AWB#. Was this information helpful? |
