Ecom Express — address unlocatable - consignee not contactable (fake status)

Hi,

I placed a order using myntra and my order was divided into 2 shipments and it was sent through ecom express. However, after receiving the out for delivery message from ecom express, i did not get any call from the delivery person and by the end of day they changed the status of my shipment to "address unlocatable - consignee not contactable". Without even contacting the person just like that they have updated the tracking status.
I will receive my other parcels to the same address and somehow delivery person in ecom express is not able to locate my address or contact the person. Very bad experience with ee and also this is not the first time.
